That time my roommate Matt, checked me at 6:30 in the morning.

Today is gonna be a great day i’m so excited for the amazing things that will happen today so many amazing things are about to happen that I convinced myself I didn’t have time for physical therapy. Didn’t have time for physical therapy… think again.

As I was finishing getting dressed and saying goodbye to Matt,  he took one look at my cute outfit and said… well.. you don’t look like your ready to go to physical therapy, is there something I don’t know? – he said this in reference to the fact then every Monday and Wednesday morning from 7-9am we go to physical and Aqua therapy!

I looked him dead in the eye and said you go on ahead without me today’s a really big day I have 100 things going on and I don’t think I have time for physical therapy… He looked me dead in the eye and said don’t have time for physical therapy? I bet you would do those hundred things better today if you went to physical therapy!

Profound moment – he was teaching me a very valuable lesson and I’m so glad I took the time to pay attention I’m better at helping everyone around me when I feel well so wouldn’t it behoove me on days that I need to help lots of people, to do all the things I need to do to feel well? Just some reflections from my morning

Wow what a cool feeling to know that what I’m doing is worthwhile and genuinely helping the right people who need it the most.
